The Charles Stewart Mott Foundation published this booklet for the communities in Central and Eastern Europe in 1999., and ODRAZ translated it and adapted to Croatian public.
The book explains the scope and activities of local community philanthropic organisations as well as challenges local communities are faced with when
founding in Central and Eastern Europe, and ways organizations for community philanthropy support help them. There are also some examples from practice.
