Second trainig block was held within “Modular training about sustainable development and organising community”
Within project “Sustainable Development of the Society starts with Youth”, since 15th till 16th November in The First School of Economics in Zagreb was held second training-block of Modular training-programme, arranged by ODRAZ. In education is participating 25 representatives of The First School of Economics in Zagreb and School for graphics, design and media production, and also representatives of others interested High Schools and organisations of civil society in Zagreb.
Within education, which will have 5 modular training-blocks in period since September 2019. untill April 2020., ODRAZ will educate teachers about concept of sustainable development and its importance for society, represet possibility of how could schools activate in sustainable development and in which mean teachers can transfer learned to students.
Second training block was held since 15th untill 16th November 2019, in The First School of Economics in Zagreb.
Within first day, ODRAZ director Lidija Pavić-Rogošić held presentation on subject Society – frame we live in; Sectors in society and their role, colaboration and intersectoral partnership and Organisation and mobilisation of society. Being separated in 4 groups, participants explained how they would manage model of social action and model of development of community in certain situations. Second part of day was consecrated to professional develoment. Saša Borovnjak form Life Potential organisation, met participants with bacisc of coaching for professors and people who work with youth.
During second day was held education about good managing and social capital (how to establish and which are indicators) and principle of good managing on local level. Participants also took part in group work “How to proceed with artificial intelligence in the future?” to talk about artificial intelligence, its future use and our limits related to its development. ODRAZ is partner in project The Human Brain and one of 132 associated partners form 20 countries, and is in charge for implementation of this process in Croatia.
About first Training block
First training block was held since 26nd till 28th September in Eco center Golden Beam. Within training participants have met the concept of sustainable development and basics of service learning, possibility of school and society collaboration, and importance of tolerance, cooperation, cohesion, and also smart managing of resources, especially waste. During study course, participants have visited High School Dalj and Cultural and science center Milutin Milanković.
