Participation of CSOs in the Adoption of Laws and Other Regulations in 2009 – a Study
Research on participation of CSOs in the process of drafting and adoption of laws and other regulations in 2009.
In cooperation with the Institute for International Relations, ODRAZ conducted research on participation of CSOs in the process of drafting and adoption of laws and other regulations in 2009, involving a great number of CSOs, government administration bodies, the Government of the Republic of Croatia and the Croatian Parliament.
The goal was to investigate into the consultative practice in the drafting and enactment of laws and other regulations, perception of CSOs and institutions regarding cooperation, and also to give recommendations for process improvements.
