JobCollege SAVA
The main objective of the project ˝JobCollege Sava˝, in which ODRAZ participates as a partner, is to contribute to solving the problems of unemployment of young people, women and long-term unemployed persons in the LAG Sava area by implementing Clubs for Employment with special emphasis on deficient craft professions and establishing cooperation with local employers.
_ TARGET GROUPS
60 unemployed members of vulnerable groups according to the needs of individual Local Government Units in the LAG Sava area, with special emphasis on young people with low qualifications and 350 students from elementary and secondary school in the LAG Sava area that will be involved in career guidance activities.
_SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT
- Analysis of the local and regional labor market
- Selection of unemployed and implementation of Clubs for Employment services
- Training and specialization for unemployed young people and others in the LAG Sava area
_PROJECT ACTIVITIES
- Analysis of supply and demand for jobs on the local and regional labor market (LAG Sava, Zagreb and Karlovac County and City of Zagreb)
- Implementing individual career guidance for 60 unemployed people from the LAG Sava area
- Provision of training or specialization for 60 unemployed people from the LAG Sava area with the emphasis on deficit professions
- Set up a network of 15 employers, in which 60 unemployed people will attend professional practice
- Equipping and implementing 16 mobile Clubs for Employment
- Implementation of the educational program “Empowering, motivating and activating women for organizing the local community and employment”
- Implementing Mini-Clubs for Employment in Secondary Schools and implementing Career Guidance in Elementary Schools from the LAG SAVA area
