Career Makeover – Support to Employment in the Body Care Sector
The main objective of the project ˝Career Makeover – Support to Employment in the Body Care Sector˝, in which ODRAZ participates as a partner, is to increase employability of women through project activities that include the establishment of customized services for active job search in a newly established Employment Club.
_SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT
Unemployed women will be able to participate in education programs for beautification and nail artist, massage therapist and make-up artist and start-up academy with mentoring for the purpose of hiring.
_ TARGET GROUPS
60 unemployed women will participate in the program of support and empowerment through individual and group counseling and motivation and communication workshops.
_PROJECT ACTIVITIES
- Implementation of programs for support and empowerment
- Empowering and motivating women to activate and enter the world of work
- Development and implementation of customized educational programs for unemployed women
- Education of unemployed women on business planning and self-employment
- Start-up academy
_ODRAZ ROLE IN THE PROJECT
Motivate and empower women through motivational workshops. ODRAZ will conduct four one-day motivational workshops in three cycles, attended by 60 women.
