Workshop ‘From the Idea to the Project’ was held within project Leaps of knowledge
On March 5th 2020, ODRAZ held workshop ‘From the Idea to the Project: managing the cycle of the project – approach to logical matrix’ on Faculty of Economics and Business in Zagreb. Through theoretical and pratical work students met the stages of managing the cycle of the project and achieved knowledge and skills for writing the project preposition.
Workshop goals:
- Introduce participants with the term ‘managing the cycle of the project’
- Explain the act of preparing the project
- In detail explain approach to logical matrix of managing the cycle of the project
- Explain the forms of European Commission for writing the project
- Present the basics of monitoring and evaluation
By the end of the workshop, paticipants adopted knowledge of european acces to preparing and making the project, met all stages of managing the cycle of the project, achieved the main idea how to use the presented work on their ideas and how to fill the needed forms.
Used methodology, indlucing presentation which initiated the discussion and backwards learning, group work, manifested as good choice because paticipants have learned on their own mistakes and examples, and questioning the theme helped them to allay the theme.
